HSG to co-host ten national meetings in Latin America ahead HSR2018

Ahead of the Fifth Global Symposium for Health Systems Research (HSR2018) in Liverpool, UK, in October 2018, Health Systems Global members in Latin America are organising a number of national pre-symposium meetings to explore and debate the Symposium’s themes, and identify and support submissions to its scientific program.

Participate

If you are an HSG member based in Latin America, or are not yet member, but are interested and engaged health policy and systems research, policy and practice, you are invited to participate in one of the meetings taking place in nine different countries in the region during October and November 2017.

PAHO Scholarships

To foster and support participation from Latin America at the Symposium in Liverpool, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) is providing scholarships for ten individuals whose abstracts are selected to be part of the HSR2018 program. If you are based in Latin America, are planning to submit an abstract to HSR2018, and wish to be considered for one of the PAHO scholarships, you are invited to submit an abstract to one of the nine national meetings. Selected applicants will be invited to present at a national meeting most local to them and will be subsequently considered for one of the PAHO scholarships.
