Cancellation policy

Cancellations requested before September 30rd , 2022 will be charged a penalty of 20% of the invoice amount as administrative charges. After this date, no cancellations will be refunded. Submit request to:


Registrations may be transferred to a new participant for a charge of USD 60.00 per name change.  Name changes/substitutions must be received in writing by MCI  to Please indicate the registered name, the new name, and any changes in contact information. A new registration for the substitute participant should not be submitted. Name changes/substitutions after Monday, 3 October 2022, will be made onsite.

Refunds for registration fees will only be refunded if an entry visa for Colombia was applied for within three months prior to symposium and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted. In such case registration fees, minus an administration fee of USD 60.00, will be refunded after the symposium is completed. Any refund due will be made in the same form as the original transaction for registration fees only. Bank charges arising from a refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
